We have ample free parking adjacent to the Theatre. There are excellent links via road and public transport.

Accessibility: Disabled parking and access via a ramp to the Theatre main entrance is available. There is a lift for wheelchair users for access to the main auditorium. If you have any special requirements please advise.

Oakengates Theatre provides an Essential Companion Scheme for patrons who need somebody to assist them in accessing our services/facilities. Details and an application form are available From the venue website and Facebook page(see links)

Please note that pushchairs and carry-seats cannot be accommodated in the auditorium. Children and babies must be transferred to seats or parents' laps. Stewards will then store pushcairs and carry-seats until they are required at the interval or end of show. If you have special requirements and need to keep a pushchair with you during a performance, please inform the Box Office at the time of booking.

Hearing Impairment: For patrons who have hearing impairments the theatre has an infra-red system available. Please advise prior to performance if you have any special requirements. Details regarding signed performances can be found on each show listing on our website.

Refreshments: Pre-show and interval drinks are available at the Theatre bar. Don’t forget to order interval drinks in advance on the slips provided. Oakengates Theatre bar also has a selection of crisps, ice cream and sweets.
